Tracking number for shipment

My new phone was supposed to arrive today and I did not receive it the mailing address is correct but I wanna look up the tracking information online and to see where it was delivered to I cannot get that information from Verizon my step dad ordered me the phone what is the tracking number he ordered it on Monday and said it would be here by Wednesday
