Scratch’s on screen_11pro

Hello apple, I use a 11 pro. Within a month of its use I could see some major scratches on the screen. Your advertisement about the scratch resistant screen is very misleading. Can I get my screen replaced since I am within the one year period from the date of purchase . Further am not sure when I can visit a service center given the current covid-19 situation. Will there be a extension on the warranty period ? But on a positive note :
