If I leave some activities in the background it just stopped or paused !! If I leave some activities on the background for example if I upload a file or download in Dropbox it just stopped or paused !! Please fix this issue

Background task not showing the items. It went blank. Hi all, When I open my FCPX today, I just realised that the background task is not showing the typical items such as rending etc... I couldn't tell how much or how long my import or export percentage is and as well as rendering percentage. It just went blank.

Chrome and Youtube Apps has background activity even background refresh is turned off I have turned off background app refresh for "YouTube" & "Chrome". But when I check activity inside Battery app, I can still see some background activity draining battery. My current OS version is IOS 16.1. Can someone help why is this happening and anyway to stop it?
