Hi,
Having a homepod at home is great and making working from home a lot better but i can't work out how to get it to make a call from my work iphone. I have tried saying "hey siri, call ... from my work phone" but it still calls off of my personal iPhone.
Is there a way to dictate which iphone i want it to call from? I have got my icloud logged into both of them.

No, sorry, HomePod bases everything off of the device you share your location from. The only other suggestion I have is start the call from your work phone then direct the audio to the HomePod.
Go to settings, then your Apple ID, then Find My, see which device is listed there for My Location, if your personal phone is listed it will always default to that phone. You can switch it to your work phone is you are making more calls from that.

If your HomePod and iPhone are not signed in with the same Apple ID then you will not be able to Handoff a call from iPhone to HomePod.
