I have iphone11 but the back of iphone is broked and also the camera screen is broken, so can i exchange my old iphone to buy new iphone 11pro or iphone xs?

Even if it was not broken Apple is not taking trade-ins currently for iPhone 11's.
Trade ins for that model won't begin until Apple introduces new models of phones which could be later than usual this year. At that time you can check to see what kind of trade-in value your iPhone has.
Your broken device has no value.
The back glass can not be repaired and the device must be replaced.
