Is it possible to connect two external displays to a MacBook Air it’s from 2018 and has 2 USB ports and 1 thunderbolt port

I think it's possible, though you need to find the display which has Thunderbolt or mini display in and out ports like Apple 27" LED Thunderbolt displays to connect daisy chain each displays and MacBook Air.
