Ipad connection to iPod

Sorry, but you’ll not be able to transfer music from your iPod to your iPad. Officially, the only way to transfer music to your iPad, that hasn’t been directly purchased via the iTunes App on your iPad, is to connect your iPad to a PC or Mac - from which you can transfer music from your iTunes library to your iPad.

If you search online, you may find some alternative third-party software solutions - but these still rely upon a PC or Mac to transfer media onto the iPad.

Exactly the same applies.

Music and other media, not downloaded directly from the iTunes App, can only be transferred to iPod, iPad or iPhone from a PC or Mac.
