Repeat mail from a valid source continues to go to Junk Mail even after moving it to my Inbox. Why?
You have to mark it as Not Junk. View menu -> Customize Toolbar -> Make sure the junk/not junk button is on your Mail window. If you click on a message that is junk, it will give you the option to mark it not junk. Then drag it to the inbox.
