From my understanding, you’re unable to connect to iCloud on your iOS device. I’d be happy to look into this with you.


If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support has some great steps to help you get this resolved. If that doesn’t resolve it for you, let me know exactly what error you see when trying to sign in. I’d also recommend trying a different network connection to see if that helps.
