can't connect to safari on my ipad

I cannot get my ipad to connect to safari. I have done all the steps and when it ask me for my un and pw I put it in and it doesn't work but the same pw and un it works. On my computer and my iphone.

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not stextelect Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
