IOS 13.4.1

After I upgraded to IOS 13.4.1 I started having intermittent problems with my service. I start getting “No Service “. I have tried reinstalling the SIM card, resetting the network and rebooting my phone. I also have problems with FaceTime

What else can I try?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13
