I want to reset my ipad but i dont even know my pasword in my icloud id? What im going to do?? I dont even open my email ..thanks

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork.
