Restore #images in iMessage

I accidentally deleted the #images app from iMessage. It doesn’t show up in the App Store or the App Store in iMessage. I updated iOS and still doesn’t show up. Does anyone know a way to get it back?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Hello Whitewoolf,

Thanks for checking the info provided. Try restarting your device: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Next, check the Edit menu because when you delete an app from the App Drawer, it is just hidden. If you choose Edit, you should see the slider to re-enable it. Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

If you still do not see it to re-add, I recommend verifying you are updated. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you still are unable to re-add #images, I recommend contacting AppleCare: Contact - Official Apple Support

Thanks and have a wonderful day.

Hello Whitewoolf,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with restoring #images on your device.

You should be able to restore it using the App Drawer: Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

"Manage iMessage apps

You can add apps to your Favorites so you have quick access to them in the app drawer. You can also reorder apps in the app drawer, remove the ones you don’t want, and more. Here’s how:

  1. From the app drawer, swipe left and tap .
  2. Tap Edit in the upper-right corner to do the following:
    • To add an app to your Favorites, tap .
    • To remove an app from Favorites, tap , then tap Remove from Favorites.
    • To reorder apps in the app drawer, touch and hold , then move the apps in the order that you want.
    • To hide an app, turn it off.

3. Tap Done."

Cheers.
