I have an Apple Watch when I got it i paired it with my old phone now that my phone is broke I can’t unpair it I tried pairing it with my new phone it keep saying on my new phone that my Apple Watch is already paired but on my old phone what should I do

You have to remove the watch from your old phone by following these steps;

What to do before you sell, give away or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else – Apple Support
