Can’t Activate new phone

It keeps saying activation server cannot be reached. I’ve attempted to use wi fi and cellular data and it’s still not working.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

If iPhone still doesn’t turn on, or if it gets stuck during start up, see the Apple Support article If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t turn on or is frozen.


If you are not the owner then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their apple ID.
