Ever since I updated my Watch to watchOS 6.2.1 my installed apps won’t update. I have tried removing the apps from my phone and reinstalling them and if I delete the app from the watch itself it will not reinstall. Below pic depicts what I see, if I tap install, it just spins and goes back to this. Anyone else have this issue?

Try this;
To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds or until the apple logo appears, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
And if that doesn't work then unpair and re-pair and setup as new.
