Download apps without verification
i just bought an iPhone 8+ every time I try to download an app it takes me to my Apple Card and I don’t have any credit or debit cards how can I download apps?

Congrats on your new iPhone 8+. I understand that you are encountering a hiccup when attempting to download free apps from the App Store. I’m glad you took the time to post and delighted to lend a hand.
When you were setting your iPhone and signing into the App Store, there would’ve been an instance when you were asked to choose a payment method. Were you able to select "None?" If you chose your Apple Card and it isn’t working, you may need to change your payment method.
Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID, you may have an outstanding balance or an active subscription. Family Sharing can also play a part in this.
If you want to remove the payment method from your Apple ID and are the Family Organizer, turn off purchase sharing first: Go to Settings > [your name] > Family Sharing > Purchase Sharing. Tap Share My Purchases to turn off purchase sharing.
