I just updated to 13.4 yesterday. When the phone turned on there is a gray circle appear right in the middle of my screen. It went to the side when I rotate my phone. I tried many things and found out that if I turn AssistiveTouch off it’ll go away. The thing is I really need to use AssistiveTouch. I think this is a bug. I’m using iPhone 6s+.

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Assistive Touch and turn off dwell control option.
Go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Assistive Touch. If you need to use Assistive Touch, that icon has to be on the screen.
Dwell Control wasn’t enabled... any other ideas?

Turning off the Dwelling in Assistive touch worked got rid of the gray dot.
