There are two white spots on my iPhone screen.

This doesn’t look like a pixel it literally looks like a bright white spot. It definitely is not a software problem because when I screenshot it, there are no white spots. But on the display I see this 1cm blob and a 1mm size white spot that makes the shade in the spot a brighter shade of white. Will this ruin my phone ? I can see and click on the spot and everything works fine
