There are several long threads with this topic.

One of the most recent 'fixes' was to reset SMC and NVRAM. The NVRAM reset article has a link to the SMC reset procedures.

I have no idea if that will help you.

The current workaround was to disable PowerNap in energy system preferences. Maybe turn off putting external drives to sleep, also.
