Can't delete .app file

Hi!

I just bought the newest MacBook Air, I restored my data from my old computer and everything was fine, but now a message keeps coming up and I can't get rid of it. It says that "The ucheechran.app cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified". And when I want to move it to trash, it says that I have to move it manually, but I can't find this file on my computer. I tried to delete it with the help of Terminal, but it also said that a file named ucheechran.app can' be found. I didn't have this on my old computer. I have no idea what this file can be, I really hope that it's not harmful.

What can I do with it? Thanks for your help! :)
