Apple warranty claim

Hi Apple Support Community,


Myself Mohammed im staying in Oman.

I have purchased the iPhone XS Max last year.

My Apple warranty was ending this first of this month.

i have been waiting for the Stores to open Since couple of months so that i could visit the store and get my iphone repaired, the stores all the region have been closed due to this Pandemic.

I have a Screen flickering issues on my iphone and my Battery life Sucks.


I am urging you to help me out with this.

this is my new iphone.

My iphone details are IPhone Xs max 256 gb gold color.

Hello,

Start here:

Get help with the display on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

For short battery length, see this:

1) Have you tried a restart?  If not, do it now.

2) Go to Setting > Battery > BATTERY USAGE BY APP to see the apps that are consuming your battery.

3) Check “Battery Health” in the link: 

iPhone Battery and Performance

4) If all else fails, consider a battery replacement:

iPhone Battery & Power Repair
