Speaker problems

So both of my iPhone 7s on my plan are having some issues with my phone speaker. You can hear the other person fine but when you talk the can only hear bits and pieces or what you say. I have a two year contract with T-Mobile and apple care for both phones. Just trying to see how we can go about getting them fixed?
