Apartment/Condo shipping?

If it says shipped and you directed it being sent to your PO Box I would check with the shipper and see if they have a contract with the Canadian postal system to handoff the final delivery to them for placement in your PO Box.

They cannot ship it to a PO Box as those are controlled by the United States Postal Service.

Same thing in Canada, private shippers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
