How can I unfreeze my macbook pro '19? Brand new Macbook pro '19 migrating data (wired) from older mac, new mac froze, tried again, froze again, tried to reset to factory settings, OS reinstall froze halfway through, I shut down, no response, tried recovery, didn't help, now black screen and cursor frozen too. Can't get it to do anything.

Thanks so much. I tried all of these, same issue. When I power off, I get the apple logo for a few seconds, then it disappears to show the cursor, frozen in the same spot as before.
I just noticed that there is a very light small vertical line at the very top left side of the screen, not blinking.
