Iphone x wont turn on
my iphone x is stuck on black screen with apple symbol. I've master reset and it still wont turn on. What should I do?

This has happened to me before, so I did a hard reset. Hopefully this will work for you...
To perform a hard reboot on the iPhone X, press and quickly release the Volume Up button, then do the same for the Volume Down button. Follow up by pressing the Side button, and hold until the display suddenly shuts off — about 10 seconds.
I cannot promise you that all of this data will be saved on your phone... Is that alright or do you need your data to save?
