Reinstall El Capitan or Later Without Erasing Drive
Please be sure you back up, if possible.
If the above doesn't fix the problem, then you will have to do this:
Install El Capitan or Later from Scratch
If possible, back up your files.

Get the drive replaced. It is failing or has failed completely. Nothing you can do to fix it. If you can't replace a drive by yourself, then you will need to take it in for service after the stores re-open.
