Can’t play any music

I tried the whole “sign out of Apple ID, close all apps, restart, and sign in again”. I have also tried to erase my music app and download it again, which made all my songs gone from the music app. In the “For You” section, it tells me to try out Apple Music, but when I clicked it, a page will show up saying that “You are already an apple music member”. What do I need to do?
