Previous macOS Keychain Access versions were capable of generating "memorable" passwords but that option has been removed. If you would like to express your opinion about that removal, https://www.apple.com/feedback/macos.html is the place to do it.
For available password generation options read Add a password to a keychain on Mac.

Make your own memorable password.
Pick three random words of reasonable length (8-ish characters) and string them together. A dictionary attack is still going to take incredibly long to match three different words strung together.
If you can make a word picture of it that relates to the site or account, you may be able to easily remember it.
You can slow a brute force attack by using all caps on one or more words and adding some special characters. The brute force methods generally start with lowercase, then uppercase, then special characters. Hopefully, whatever account it is will lock out a brute force attack, though.
This site has a cute feature to remember a random password.: https://passwordsgenerator.net
