AppleTV app on Catalina, sound out of sync with video, if I fastforward

Whilst using Apples TV app (replacement to iTunes) (watching on MacMini) to watch a locally stored movie, it will lose sound if i use the video progress bar to move forward even a small amount. I tried pause restart, closed app, restart, closed machine, restart. Nothing seemed to get sound back. Different movie was fine, than i found that if I restart (from the beginning) movie its fine, but move forward to where i originally was it goes again. This has happened before with other movies and tv shows. Sometimes it does start again, but with audio out of sync. Anybody else experiencing this issue.

I understand that when you skip forward on a video on the TV app, you lose audio or it's out of sync. I'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.
