iCloud locked iPad 2

Hi, I had a iPad 2 a long time ago, and I was looking into selling it however when I charged it and switched it on it said that it was rested and that it had a activation lock, the email was defiantly a old email that is not in use anymore and the password it’s unknown to us, the iCloud account is now also locked

because we were trying to get it in and got it wrong, it tried to go on the website to reset the password but once again I didn’t know the email so it wasn’t much use at all, is there anyway you can reset this iPad completely, or some how find out the details of it, I understand that it’s a very old iPad however it’s a waste and no use to anyone at the moment
