Airpods not holding charge

Hi,

as soon as i take my left airpod out of the charge case, it loses charge at the rate of 1% every 30 seconds, & is draining much faster than the right airpod

i have disconnected them from my account, reconnected, cleaned out the charge case etc, & the mic is not set to just the left airpod

can anyone help?
