Sort of. I'm going to assume you have the Mac version of Entourage. Last one was in Office 2008. As first mentioned, the easiest way by far is to get Entourage data into Outlook 365 or 2019 is to first import it into Outlook 2011. Then from that conversion into the new version, which I presume you already have. For whatever reason, MS has made it so Outlook 2016 or newer can't import Entourage data. Only Outlook 2011.
This will require a Mac that can boot into Mojave or older as Office 2011 is also 32 bit software and will not run in Catalina. If you can, find anyone you know with Office 2011 who can do the import for you. They can then put the imported Main Identity folder on a flash drive, which you can then import into Outlook 365/2019.
After that, the Main Identity folder is no longer used. Everything will be in this folder:
/Users/your_account/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office
Otherwise, you need to take the long, manual way around.
1) Export your contacts to a (tab-delimited text) file. That can be imported into Office 2019 or 365.
2) For your email, you have to drag them all out to folders. We'll use the Inbox as an example. Create a new folder on your desktop named Inbox. Go back to Entourage's Inbox and highlight all emails you have in that folder. Drag them all into the folder you created on the desktop. They will all be saved as individual .eml files, which will also carry any attachments they have. Repeat for every mail folder you have in Entourage by creating same-named folders on your desktop for each one and dragging the appropriate emails out of Entourage to each desktop folder.
3) You'll have to take screen shots of your account settings (incoming and outgoing server names, etc.) so you can duplicate those under Office 2019 or 365.
4) Once you have Office 2019 or 365 installed, recreate your user account from the info in step 3.
5) With the account recreated, import your contacts. Create any custom email folders you may have had in Entourage 2008 (next to the defaults of Inbox, Trash, Sent, etc).
6) Highlight the Inbox folder. From the desktop, drag the .eml files in your saved Inbox folder to the same-named location in Outlook. Repeat for all other folders you have. They'll all be flagged as new, unread emails.
