my iPhone always show a message “your sim has sent a message “ please help me I restart my phone ,check carrier Settings Update ,also reinserted my sim also and reset my iPhone network settings but nothing changed please I also reset completely but didn’t work .I contacted my wireless carrier but they say it is from my side please help

From your post, "Check Carrier Settings Update" has caught my eye. Let's try and update the carrier settings.
Make sure that you have your active SIM inserted in your iPhone then open Settings ➔ General ➔ About and wait for 5 seconds and you should see a Carrier Settings Update pop-up appear. Chose to update and you should be done.

Try to Force ReStart the iPhone as shown in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart Your iPhone.
You may have already done the above but one more time and then check for carrier settings update. I am not sure beyond that except to completely reset your iPhone to factory settings and then manually update your iPhone.
