iMessage not working

Hi everyone! I just got a new iPhone for business use and I wan to use the same AppleID account for my personal-use iPhone and for the the business-use one, however, I'm experiencing problems with iMessage. It is only working in my personal-use iPhone. No matter what I do, how many times I trouble shoot or restart, rest the new iPhone the iMessage does not work on it.

To be clear my personal-use iPhone is an iPhone 8 and the new business-use iPhone is an iPhoneXR. Does anyones know what can I do?
