not all apps work?

Not all my apps work while using my wifi. Some of my apps tell me that the app have no connection with the wifi, but i am connected, and when i go to my app store i can't download any apps. among other things..

iPhone 6, iOS 12

have you tried doing same actions with any other device on your wifi? sure its not wifi issue?

Apps Only Downloading On Data Lately, whenever I’m connected to WiFi, apps simply won’t download at all, or they get stuck just after starting. The app will appear in my recently added folder, but greyed out. Strangely, if I disconnect from the WiFi and just use 4G, the app downloads with no problems at all. My WiFi is slow, but it does work (I can download over WiFi on Mac and other devices), so it doesn’t seem like a WiFi issue… any suggestions?
