keyboard issue on MB Pro

T key seems like stuck and doesn't work on 15" Mac book pro. R key looks like it's smeared---noticed one day and looks like it was from below. Sometimes battery fan runs really loud on it. Saw there is an issue with the scissor keyboard setup, but wizard says mine isn't eligible. Bought Love. 2016. Thoughts?
