my iPhone x is stuck on the apple logo and keeps turning off and then coming back up with the apple logo again

I need help with my iPhone after I hold down the power button and the volume up button it comes up with restore iPhone and I have tried everything on the internet and I have connected my phone to my MacBook to restore and that isn't working either if someone could help that would be helpful thank you.x
