There was never an iPhone SE Plus with the original. The whole idea of the original iPhone SE was to give people a SMALLER form factor. Creating an SE that would be the same size as the iPhone 11 would the same internals and calling it an SE Plus would not make sense.

But they are completely different model names surely they will make a new type of iPhone SE to keep market up

There has been very little market for smaller phones. However, the updated SE will be available this month. It will be roughly the size of an iPhone 8.
