Activity Sharing

I share workout activity with quite a few friends. One of my friends in my list gets my activity updates but while she shows in my list, it is showing that she isn't doing any activity. She definitely is. We have unfollowed and refollowed each other several times. What would cause her to see my activity but I cannot see her? I am getting updates on all my other followers. TIA for help.
