recently my Mac often shuts down automatically. when I went to bed, I usually close the lid and on the next morning, it can wake up normally. But sometimes it just shut down automatically and I need restart it. The system also reports error. How to solve this problem?

You do not say what exact Mac /model /year /size /retina /TouchBar is this

Sorry for not clarifying this. My Mac is 13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports. I am running on High Sierra 10.13.6
