Sine the latest update on my iPad, my keyboard has shrunk to about a quarter size, and it’s in the bottom center of the screen. How to I get it back to the normal size?

Touch the keyboard with two fingers - then spread apart (just like the zoom gesture). This will switch from the Floating Keyboard to the Full Keyboard:
