Hi I want to back up my phone with data not WiFi is that possible ?

iCloud will not allow you to backup the iPhone on cellular data. It has to be done on wi-fi.

Foolish and a waste of you data.

Back up using iTunes and a computer. Takes just a few minutes and doesn't use any data.
