As I already stated, ONLY apps downloaded and installed from Apple's iOS App Store app can be installed on any iOS device.
You CANNOT install ANY apps from a disc, external drive or download from a Website.

Full computer apps do not work, at all, on an iPad.
On an iPad, you can only use apps obtained from the Apple iOS App Store app.

Apps compatible with iOS/iPadOS can only be installed on your device from the Apple App Store. As such, your “App” purchased “on disk” cannot be installed on your iPad.
I understand, and said thanks, I also said that the app was from a disk, which I meant as an explanation not as a further possibility. I appreciate your input it helped me greatly.
