I can’t install some certain applications

Hello! I think I have a problem. The thing is, I bought my iPhone in UAE in 2017 and registered to the iCloud. I wanted to install Spotify, but back then it wasn’t introduced in UAE. Now I got another iPhone but using the same iCloud, and whenever I go on AppStore and try to find Spotify, it simply doesn’t appear on the list of all the applications available for downloading. If I go on the Spotify website and try to download their application, it redirects me to the AppStore where I get a message: «This app is currently not available in your country or region», even though I live in France now. Please help me. Thanks in advance

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're seen message that apps are not available in your country. Since you recently moved from the UAE to France, I suggest starting with these steps to Change your Apple ID country or region and be sure the correct country is showing in your iTunes and App Store for your Apple ID. Keep in mind, you'll need to have a billing method and address for the country you are using for your Apple ID.
