Thanks for the post. It's important to be able to manage your email, and I'm happy to see how I can help. I understand you've blocked some senders but continue receiving spam mail, and you've tried marking them as junk as well.
Marking emails as junk is a good approach for this type of behavior. When it comes to spam mail, the messages will often come from different addresses, so blocking a specific address isn't always the most effective method. However, it might be helpful to tap Settings > Mail > Blocked Sender Options. Do you have "Move to Trash" selected here? If not, give that a try.
To rule out issues on the email service provider end, you might also try opening a web browser on a computer and then signing into your email account there. Do you see these same spam messages in your Inbox there? Knowing this would help to narrow things down.
