I am confused about the latest iphone se 2 price. On the apple website it said starting from $399 and then I go on the website again and now it says starting from $599???

I suspect the user is in Canada, where the starting price is $599.

Pre-order should start from 399 USD for 64GB model and up to 549 USD for 256GB model. Double-check the currency that you have.
