No! If they prohibited it, then you cannot do it!
Your school doesn't want you doing those things then. IF you attempt to hack the device, they will get a notification and will take appropriate actions. It's not your device, so don't do it.
My school has disabled modifying the wallpaper and resetting the iPad and pairing with computers. Is it possible at all to modify the wallaper without hacking?
