Are you talking about the password to your Apple ID?
The only way that I know to check when the password to an Apple ID was changed is by using a Mac that is signed on to iCloud with the same Apple ID as the iPhone. You can find the password change date in the Mac's System Preferences and Clicking on Apple ID and under Password & Security.
