iPads are NOT full, complete replacements for a laptop/MacBook/Pro..
iPads are still ONLY companion devices to a full featured computer.
There is an iOS version of Adobe Photoshop.
There are NO iOS versions of VectorWorks, SketchUp, AutoCAD or League of Legends.
For any of the CAD programs, you would need to search the Apple iOS App Store for an approximate, equivalent type of app.
